Medalist Goes Sometime and Sometime Doesn't

I have a problem with my Medalist and am looking for suggestions as to what to check. Some days it will go and some days it won't move. Sometime it goes to the garden and then will not move. There is no clicking when it doesn't go. Replaced the micro switch in the floor. Checked connections and all seem tight. Cleaned all battery post. Maybe I should take it to a repair shop but would like to avoid the cost if possible. Any help would be appreciated.

Check the cables connections on the forward and reverse switch. If it look like they've been hot you may need new contacts in the switch.

what year? if you have the F&R lever by your leg check the micro switches under the seat behind the F&R switch .........the double one has a metel lever on it and they tend to bend out of shape so take a look it could be starting to bend.......................................

Connections on the f/R switch appear to be tight and are not burned. I have replaced the micro switch and the arm looks fine but I will check all these items again. Thanks for the input.
