It's a long story, but we had to cut the primary drive pulley off the crankshaft on my 92 Par Car in order to change the crank seals...only to find out afterwards that the clutch assembly is no longer available. Well, with no other option left we fabricated a new one by reverse engineering from what was left of the original that we cut off. The only issue we have left is that we had to guess on one of the measurements since material was missing from the original where we cut it so we left some material on the pulley base that we can remove to make the adjustments as needed. Could someone please provide me with either the length of the base section of the shaft or the distance between the fixed pulley half and the centrifugal pulley half while at rest so that we can make the final adjustments. It would be greatly appreciated.
