I have seen a few golf carts in Talbot County Maryland with low speed vehicle tags. Does anyone know how to get such a tag in Maryland. I see there is an application for a low speed vehicle registration in Maryland, but it clearly states not a golf cart. Does anyone know anything about registering a cart in Maryland?
