making cart go faster

Hi.. I just bought a ez go workhorse clay car used with 81 hours on it...doesnt seem to go very fast. Is there a way of speeding these up a little bit without doing any damage ? my cart is gas powered...thanks!

you could get a little more speed with larger tires

its around 4 years old...workhorse clay car
