Make a Drive Clutch Puller for a Club Car

I'm going to make a puller to remove the drive clutch on my 95 Club Car DS.
Can someone tell me what size bolt/thread is needed to thread into the clutch ?
Any help is appreciated.

The bolt needs to be 7/16 fine thread for a 88 and up Club Car. Here's a picture of a homemade Club Car drive clutch puller with measurements for the bolt and the rod. I'd use a grade 8 bolt and cut a long 1/4 - 5/16" grade 8 bolt to make the rod.

No problem, you're welcome. The 7/16 bolt only threads in about a inch so if the rod is to short the bolt will bottom out before the clutch pops off. If the rod is to long you run the risk of stripping the threads in the crank. :twocents:

I've waited and haven't caught a good lead yet! I'm gonna buy a few different sizes and take after it this weekend to try and narrow it down.
