LOST IN VIRGINIA

HAVE AEZ-GO WITH SERIAL NUMBER 951673 HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YEAR OR MODEL IT IS. HAS SIX BATTERIES JUST REPLACED ALL AND CLEANED ALL TERMINALS WILL NOT GO. HAVE NO WIRING DIAGRAM AND DON'T KNOW WHAT I HAVE SO I AM TOTALLY LOST.
CAN ANYONE HELP???

Is the cart body plastic or metal? Is there a manufactures code on the tag with the serial number (if yes post that)?

It is a plastic body and the manufactures code is 60596

Ok it's a 96. Does it have a run tow switch under the seat?

I DON'T SEE ONE BUT I WAS LOOKING AROUND THE SIGHT EARLIER AND FOUND A PICTURE OF WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE AND ITS LOCATION BUT I CAN'T GET BACK TO WHERE I FOUND THAT INFO.

CAN YOU SEND ME A PIC OF WHAT THE SWITCH LOOKS LIKE AND ITS LOCATION?

If it has the switch it will be under the seat on the passenger side. It's a toggle switch and it will be mounted on a black box (controller cover) on the front of the rear passenger side wheel well under the seat.

IT DOES NOT HAVE A TOW / RUN SWITCH

Do you hear the solenoid click when you press the go pedal? Does the reverse buzzer work when you put the cart in reverse? What is your total battery pack voltage at the charger receptacle?

Ok if all your wiring is correct I'd start with testing / bypassing the reed switch. There's instructions in the resource forum. Let us know what happens after you test the reed switch...

FOUND BREAK IN POWER WIRE FROM SWITCH AFTER DOING A WIGGLE TEST,

REPAIRED CASRT RUNS FINE. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!!
