losing power

my electric cc seems to bog down when i push accelarator to the floor. about 3/4 down it runs fine. what do you think?

First guess would be a faulty potentiometer. Does your cart have a continuously variable or a multi step potentiometer. I assume it is a 48v cart !! The multi step one is situated next to battery #4 (sort of 1/4 slice of round cake shaped box) the continuously variable is under the cart at the accelerator shaft.
