Looking For a Water Tight EZGO DCS Controller

Looking for a watertight/water resistant controller for a 96 TXT DCS. Does such a critter exists and where could it be found?

Alltrax controllers are supposed to be water resistant. I would think there would be a short though if the controller was completely submerged.

Thanks HRC! Not wanting to completely submerge it, just need water resistance for the fields along the irrigation lines.

I would go with a Alltrax. They're a sealed unit so they can get pretty wet without any problem.

This is for a stock cart without a lift, large tires or rear seat, correct?

It's just my opinion but I think the controller you ordered is too light duty for a lifted cart with large tires. With a lift and big tires the recommendation is 400 amp and up (DCX series).

From the Alltrax website:

replacement controllers for stock cars with stock motors only. With a peak
current rating they are not designed for lifted or high performance vehicles.

this cart not into performance. just creeps along fence line for repairs
stock motor and controller been fine for years... this should be a good replacement in my opinion

New Alltrax Controller is installed and working GREAT!!!!! Creeping along fencelines now without shutting down!

Factory contoller still works if anybody intrested....LOL
