It will measure 23.5 feet long when done. The dealer/owner wants to go for the longest golf cart record. We're gonna get it done and rolling and add rear steering at a later date.

Looks like you are right on track. According to Guinness World Records the longest golf cart measures 6.68 m (21 ft 11 in) from bumper to bumper and was created by HSBC Champions. It was measured in Hong Kong, China, on 8 October 2008. You got it beat by 2½ feet.
