Thanks for your replies on my 48v club car. instead of new batteries, i've decided to install a 16 hp vanguard in my 8 passenger limo -97 club car. This motor has no hours on it. It was a generac generator that would not generate electricity that i already own so I woud like to use it if possible.
Anyway, what issues do I need to be concerned with. My plans are to lift the cart, add 10 or 12 inch wheels and 22 in tires. And convert the cart to gas.
what will i need:
1) new rear end from a gas cart
2) clutch, pulley, gas tank
Where do i shop for these parts? Give me your thoughts?
