what year? what voltage? if its a 48 volt cart you can try and reset the OBC and see if that helps but if in fact batteries were froze then you need to replace them they are junk..............have you checked voltage? load tested each one? took SG readings from each cell?...........................................................
IT IS A 2003 CLUB CAR, 48 VOLT UNIT, THE BATTERIES WERE NEW ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO. BATTERIES WERE FROZE WHEN I GOT IT, THEY HAVE THAWED AND ARE COMING UP SLOW ON THE DIAL. HAVE NOT HAD TIME TO CHARGE EACH 1 BY IT'S SELF AND LOAD TEST. HOW DO YOU RESET THE OBC.
with key off and cart in forward disconnect the maig geg. cable from #6 battery.....than turn key on put cart in reverse and slowly press pedal down slowly your reverse buzzer should start fading out until you can,t hear it anymore......let cart sit a few minutes turn key off again and connect neg. cable back up.............................................
yeah your right....man this must have made your day.....but sometimes one assumes that a person knows to put their cart in tow before working on it but oh yes please don,t forget to put your cart in tow 1st and then back to run when your done ok......................................
Shadowman stop I'm not holding a grudge, so let it go. I just did not want him to take out the controller, I was adding to your post not trying to one up you.
