Lifted Star CAr Questions

Last week, I picked up my lifted 4 passenger Star Car under the tax credit deal. Took it out to the deer lease and was pleased with it's capabilities. I do have a few questions about the Car and fine tunning the suspension. I would like to smooth out the ride and keep the front 22x11-10's from rubbing. I have a SCORE race style suspension on my 2003 Dodge 2500, 2.5 king shocks with reservors, variable rate front coils and rear mini pack leaf springs that replaced the overloads. The mini packs made a huge difference in the rear and I would like to use the same theory of more preloaded thin springs in place of the 3 in front an 4 in back. I would also like to have the front springs made 2 or 3 inches longer to allow for more articulation, variable rate(softer on small bumps and firmer on big bumps) and no more tire rub with room for bigger tires without more lift. I don't like falling over from high center of gravity. The rear would get the same treatment.

I would like to move the rear axle forward an inch or so for more tire room, but the motor tilts forward and would hit the battery box. Can the axle be rotated straight up to allow it to be moved forward? I'm looking for inexpensive options for improvement, but don't want to waste time and money on a hopeless cause. Do EZ GO suspension components fit on my Star? The long arm kits would be nice, but are very pricey. Maybe a used one will pop up.

How much air air you running in the tires? Lowering the air pressure will make a huge difference in the ride. It may help with the front tire rub to.

I hate to go too low as the car tends to oversteer. The plates specify 15psi, but I admit, I haven't checked yet. The lifted Star car has a basket on top of the roof that also raises the center of gravity. It may soon be removed to see if that helps.
