I think you may want to keep that cart as low as possible?
I would think every inch of lift would increase the chance of rolling?
Come to think of it, I have never seen a lifted three wheel cart.
I did see a three wheel converted to a four wheel and that was
lifted.
But if you want to keep it as your classic machine then
find another 4 wheel cart and lift that.
