Largest tire size for non-lifted Precedent

I have a gas CC 2008 Precedent, and want to know if 205/65/10 tires will fit my non-lifted cart with no rubbing? I'm trying to gain a little speed without changing the gears in the rear end. Any thoughts about which way is better to go....I'm looking at getting a top speed of about 20 mph, without the engine running at high RPM'S, and the rev. limiter kicking in!
The cart is a 4 seater, which might make a difference.

My top speed now is 20 mph, but the engine is at the upper limit on RPM's. If I push it to 21 mph the rev. limiter kicks in. I'd really like to get a top speed of about 20-22 mph, but have the engine running at much slower RPM's. How difficult is it to put high speed gears in the rear end?
