Has anybody using this forum had any dealing with the company Kool Kustom Rides? I placed an order with them and got no confirmation of the order shipping. I have called every day since i placed the order and left messages to call me but to no avail. They will not answer the phone. Has anybody had like experiences?

I sent a email to the owner of the company with a link to this thread and asked him to please clear this up.

Can you give us some details on the order you made? How long has it been since you placed the order? Please keep us updated on this kangolfer...

Yes thats the place-----It is order number2510 and was placed Feb 20. All i ask for was to be notified when shipped and to please return my phone calls when i left a message as they instructed. I ordered a #586 solenoid. I was refered to this site in the forum.Would never order from them again because the shipping was $20 for that small order. Outragious. I expected quick delivery for that price. Not so i guess.

I guess your e-m got them off there butts, they called me later that day and said they didn't get any calls or messages, said they would send the item that day if i still wanted it. I said yes send it, just won;t order from them again. Thanks for your help.

I'm glad they got back to you and sorry you had problem with getting a response from them. Please let us know when you get the solenoid.

O.K., heres the latest on my order for a new sloenoid fron K.K.R. Last friday when i talked to them the owner said he would put in the mail that day. Here it is the wednesday of the following week and no solenoid, so i called ask ask them if it had shipped as promised, he said no he hadn't had time as he works in the oil fields. I told him to credit my card and i would order somewhere else. He said he would but i wonder???? Two weeks wasted and now i have to wait another week on the order i place today. Bummer. Sounds like this is a garage operation. I would not recommend any body order from them.

Update, just ordered the same solenoid from Radical Golf Cart, it was 14 dollars cheaper, looks like this is the place to go for parts

Well it is now a week later and KKR hasn't credited my discover card the 76 dollars they owe, tried to call them today and they would not answer the phone so left a message on the owners cell phone. How can anybody do business like that. I won't give up until i get it back. Just wanted to bring you up to date on what is happening. Oh, and how do attach the smiley faces?

Thanks for the update. I've sent the owner another email and let him know this needs to be taken care of NOW!!! If you don't receive a refund I'll send you the money you are out on your order.

Well it looks like KKR is ignoring you as well ad me. Till no money has been deposited in my account and haven't received anything from them. If it dosen't happen soon i will contact the BBB in Alma and lodge a complaint. Don't know what else to do, i live to far from him to contact him in person.

I sent him one more email and will be removing their banner! If I don't hear something from him by Monday I'll get your address and send you the money.

I'm real sorry you had this trouble with Kool Kustom Ridez. I would also recommend no one buy from them at this time. Hopefully they will make things right but it isn't looking good. :mad:

Sorry, should have spelled out Kool Kustom Rides. MY apologies to Krazy Kart Racing. Yes i contacted my credit card co. and am waiting to see what they can do.

Sad to see happen. It sounds like the guy is to busy to take care of the cart end and not deliberately trying to scam you. :dazed: Then again maybe this is how he scams... :confused:
