Installing wiring harness

I am making plans to install a new wiring harness for front and tail lights plus turn signals, horn and brake lights. Am I going to need to take the front cowl off to get everything routed and connected correctly? I would really like to avoid all that work if possible, it seems that there are rivets everywhere! I have an "05 EZ GO TXT series cart. Thanks

I never do. Once you get your holes cut out for the front you can get your arms up there.

The only time I take the cowl off is when I'm installing a radio.

I never take one off for lights. Just zip tie everything good up under the cowl.
