Installing cb radio?

When installing a cb radio in my 36v marathon can i just run it on 2 ajoining batts to get 12v and thats it? Just woundering.

Yep thats it. Make sure nothing is grounded to the frame or any metal.

I was just wondering what you plan on doing for an antennae? There are not any good places for a ground plane on a golf cart.

I've used boat antennas and groundless CB antennas. You aren't going to be shooting skip or anything but they work pretty good. Just make sure its for 27mhz/11meter
