Sounds a bit drastic, what is your impression of redesigning a cart?
Electrical? Chassis? Suspension?
What kind of parts are you looking for that you can't find?

the only thing thats good electrical is the motor control box 275 amp and the motor.
everything else is either broken or has missing pieces. fnr broke, speed control broken, solenoid bad,
all wires bad, key switch burnt up. i havent found anyone who has these parts. so i was wondering if i
should just buy ezgo and fabricate them into it.

Unfortunately Hyundai parts are as rare as hen's teeth these days. Hyundai was not known for great motors either.
If you have that many things to do to yours, the smart money would get another cart that parts are easy and relatively inexpensive like the EZGO/ClubCar/Yamaha group.
If this is a project cart and you don't mind the expense and frustration levels then an EZGO electrical changeover is probably doable but the expertise and help you may get are very limited.

I don't have any expertise in the Hyundai carts but parts from other manufacturers may fit. Apparently they are similar to a Yamaha G2 but don't quote me. These carts were only around for a couple of years in the early 90's and are now considered obsolete. Piecing in other manufacturers' parts may work for you but you'll need to be at the top of your game and even then you may get to the point where getting something else may have been smarter. Ask me how I know, been there, done that and even bought the shirt.

do you know if their is a difference between pot boxes or i believe another name is potentiometer they all look alike and have 4 wires coming from it. for $126.00 . i have repaired the fnr switch and got new cables and solenoid. batteries are coming so all im going to need is the pot box. if its a gamble to work or not im gonna try it . maybe manufacturer can give me yes or no. or do you have any suggestions. i really thank you for what info you have shared with me so far

THANK YOU..

I'm pretty sure Hyundai used a 0-5k pot box. A EZGO pot box or a PB6 with 0-5k output should work with no problem.
