How To Tell What Year and Model Of Yamaha Golf Cart

I just got a Yamaha golf cart and would like to know how to tell what the model and year is? It is a 2 stroke model and runs well but would like to do some mods to it but need to know what it is. Any help would be appreciated.Thanks

It should be a G1 I'm pretty sure that's the only model Yamaha used a 2-stroke engine in. If you post your serial number we can tell you the year and model.
Yamaha G1 golf carts serial numbers can be found under the rear bumper stamped into the square cross member of the frame.
