How do I know what model my cart is

Hello Everyone:

I am new to the Yamaha cart scene. I had a Harley cart that was just sold today. Now I am on to a Yamaha cart. How do I tell what model it is? I was told it is a 1992. I noticed parts listing G2 or G9? Any help would be great.
