How Do I Bypass or Adjust the Governor on a Yamaha Golf Cart

I need to know how to bypass or adjust the governor on my 92 Yamaha G5 golf cart. Can someone here on Cartaholics help me with instructions on bypassing or adjusting the governor? Thanks!

There are a couple of ways,
1. Using a 10mm wrench and run the nuts all the tight on the governor or
2.Take the cable off the governor and put it right on the carburetor where the governor cable is
I did #2.
