High Voltage Motors

That one isn't mine but I have one here ready to go thats identical. I've had it a few years and was planning on building a cart for it but just haven't found the time yet. The guy I got it from uses them in his electric dragster running 336-348 volts.

i bet a fella could win a burnout contest with that setup hey but then you couldn't say its runnin' 80% stock golf cart parts and ready to play 18 holes so that wouldn't work :(

Well I asked Robby If he was using a Plum Quick golf cart motor of a Net Gain motor... Basically what I got out of his answer was I am a looser for asking.... Beats me :dazed:

Does he have a golf cart that does burners and still uses it for golfing? sounds cool :hattip:

Yes...and no... He does have a stret legal S/10 but I had this in mind when I saw that motor that Rod posted...
7.95/159mph 1/4 mile @ 390 volts.

How 'bout this. Shawn Lawless (former NEDRA president and current record holder) and Don Garlits have teamed up with Manzinito Micro (the makers of the Zilla controllers like mine) to build an all electric Swamp Rat 37. They are aiming to break 200mph in the 1/4 with it. Here's a test lauch from Gainsville last weekend with Big Daddy at the wheel.
