I have a 2003 Yamaha G22 48 volt golf cart and debating on a high speed motor. I have already taken the body off and painted and have wheels and tires, now I'm looking to go fast but am on limited funds. I was wondering if anybody had an opinion on best motor to go with for speed? I have looked at a Admiral motor but haven't seen much information on them.. I already did cables but don't have the cash to do controller and solenoid at this time just the motor. Is it worth just doing the motor?

The cheapest route without doing any other upgrade would be a EMP motor.
Thanks I'll check those out I have been looking at one on ebay thats a Columbia "pulled motor" for 36 or 48volt. Says 19.5hp max for 48volt. They gaurantee them and have been checked and all sounds like an awesome deal I'm just kinda new to the cart scene and want to make sure it's a good deal.
