I am new to this.I have aquired what i think is a 97 cart.It only does about 2 mph,i changed battries and no change in speed.Thanks fo any help I can get

hi' what make is it? ezgo.yamaha.club car. see if you can get any no#s off the cart.that will give an idea on where to start. OH AND WELCOME TO THE FORUM. thanks O.C.F.
