Help with lifting my G2

Hi I am in the process of building a custom 8 inch lift for my 91 G2. Im trying to unbolt the A arms and the bolts will not come out, I took the cotter pin out and got the nut off of all the bolts, but they wont budge. Is there some type of sleeve or lip or something that holds those bolts in place? How do I get them out? Thanks, Jared.

first use a 1/2 drive impact wrench with a 14mm impact socket. the shock is sometimes needed to break it free.
