Help with installing an Arctic Cat 440 in my G1

I bought an old Arctic Cat Kawasaki 440 and was going to build this trick cart, well I'm not as smart as I thought I was. I raced sports cars for 30 years and this is kicking my BUTT. I got the engine mounted and the belt positioned, so much for the easy part. Here's the main problem, I can't seem to find any wiring info on the wires coming from inside the engine so I can go from there. I bought the engine off Ebay and think maybe the guy sent the wrong ignition box or regulator? Anyway, I just need to speak with someone who has done this conversion and can help walk me though it step by step. I'm not asking for free help, there would be compensation. (beer or money) Thanks

Thanks for the quick response. The device I got with the engine is a little square aluminum box with a hole in the middle and a 2 wire (yellow and brown, maybe black)round pin plug. I can send pics of the plug and the wires coming from the coil pack and from the engine. Not sure I know how to post them on the site. I can you send you a PM with my e-mail address, will that work for you? I'll need to remove the engine from the frame to take the pics. I should be able to get this done tomorrow. Thanks again, David
