HELP Cart Won't move Just Clicks

I have a older 36v yamaha electric cart. I've checked the batteries...all read 6 plus volts. All conection have been cleaned and retighten. Turn the key on press the pedal and it will click, but not move. Help ???

What year is the cart? Try jumping the large posts on the solenoid. Just because it clicks doesnt always mean its good.
