help 94 marathon not working

Ok I have a 94 marathon been a great cart always reliable. Just last week started to not run when i turn key on and press accelerator. After several attempts pressing accelerator it gets power( sometimes 7-9 attempts) Tonight climbed in and turned on press accelerator nothing forawrd or reverse wait then 10 minutes it ok. Full batt charge. Any odeas what might be causing this? All batt connections good.

Since you say it's a 94 it has the controller in it. Look at your micro switches on the F/R switch. Make sure they are tight and make sure they aren't bent. The little arms that activate them.
Also check the F/R cam and contacts look for any signs of heat.
