Harley Davidson Electric Golf Cart Brake Adjustment

Have a nice vintage 1980 Harley Davidson electric golf with the Nissan disc brake! Is anyone familiar with adjustment procedure. I have about half the brake material on the stationary side, twice as much on the piston side! Can you scre the piston side out to adjust? I can't find any other adjustments.

what yr, does the caliper mount to the motor or the rear end? is the motor mounted to the axle or does it have a coupling.

It's a 1980 the disc/caliper is mounted to the rear end.
