I have a EZ GO golf cart medalist 36v I recently replaced all batteries and wiring. The cart ran excellent for about 4 weeks. I put it up the other day it was running fine. Now when I try to move it it will not move. Checked the Voltage on the Batteries it was 36v water is good and the charge indicaror says full. Went out the next day and tried to move it.... ran great until I stopped , mow ir does not move. Checkked all the wires tight. (including the brain wires) everything is tight..... any suggestions would help.......... check the run/ tow maintenance switch is in the right posistion it should move... HELP................

36 volts is very low.
