Golf Cart Parts Suppliers

Today, I give up on Buggies Unlimited they are going down hill fast. Buggies Unlimited used to be one of the best golf cart parts suppliers, not so much anymore. Last Saturday I, ordered a 4'' lift kit, right and left tie rods and 4 new u-bolts for the rear leaf springs. Because they back ordered 1 tie rod, I lost all info on my shippment. I called today and the kid tells me everything is in the warehouse still. ''No it better not be!'' Hold on let me check. The guys disappaired for 5 minutes, Oh your parts shipped and you will get them Thursday. But the funny thing is that they back ordered the tie rod because we ordered you 50 of them! Please call us at once, if this is the case so your card does not get charged! I don't know if its because Nivel is buying them out but, WHAT THE HELL. JUST MY :twocents: To become a Nivel dealer you have to purchase x amount of product HELLO DUMB ASS YOU OWN BUGGIES UNLIMITED. I'VE BEEN BUYING FROM YOU FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS. Your killing the golf cart repair bussiness. I'm moving on you guys SUCK!

Buggies Unlimited was going down hill long before Nivel bought them out. From what I've seen they're getting MUCH better now. I've never had any problems with Nivel or Buggies Unlimited. :twocents:

Even though Buggies Unlimited is owned my Nivel and own other companys they run them as different companies, not as one.

I have been a custom golf cart build and repair cart shop for 6 years and I have never bought from Nivel or Buggies Unlimited.

MR.WICKED, THEY ARE NOW ONE. IF YOU BUY FROM BUGGIES UNLIMITED OR A COMPANY LIKE JAKE'S YOU'RE DEALING WITH NIVEL. I TALKED TO NIVEL THIS MORNING AND THEY COULD CARE LESS. JUST LOOKING FOR SOME ONE I CAN DEPEND ON.

I haven't heard any complaints on any of the banner links on this forum. You may want to check them out.

I know they are all one, but if you look at the books they are running 4 differnet business
Nivel, Buggies Unlimited, Jake's, Gateway.

I have a very small complaint about one of them. I never got a t-shirt I won in a contest they had. Like I said it is a small complaint.

I would rather not say. I don't want to embarrass anyone. I will however tell someone if they guess right. :)
