Golf Cart Driver Training

Happy new year all. I am new to the forum and am looking for a driver training video for golf carts. Specifically golf cart inspection, safe operation, safe refueling/recharging. We are a small gated community and the roads are shared by trucks, buses, golf carts and people. We have some users who are older than 18 but have never had formal driver training.

I am also looking for after market seatbelt restraints. I don't believe any carts in the community can exceed 20mph. Thank you for the responses.
