gas cart near nj

I'm looking for a non running CC or EZGO cart for less than $1000, or a good running CC or EZGO with a back seat or lift kit for less than $2000.
I'm willing to travel to MD, DE, VA, PA, NY, CT, RI.

For $2900 I would sell you this....... Its in NW OHIO
It has HD suspension, 10" lift, 27" tires, tach, speedometer, dash turnsignal and headlight kit, brake lights, reverse light, horn....... And on and on.

It has a stock FE290 in it and it will run 30mph @ only 4100rpms.

Oh, its a 1994.
