I have finally gotten all the batteries charged. (green light anyway) When I push the the throttle all the way down I get nothing. If I just hold it down a fraction the cart starts to move and stops. I can hear a relay or solenoid in the rear make a clicking sound. I did not have my volt meter with me to check the voltages. I guess I can try that tomorrow. Does any of this ring a bell? thanks

It sounds like low voltage or a bad connection. Start with checking the batteries individually with a digital volt meter. Make sure ALL your cable connections are clean and tight.
