G16 rattling noise

Hello all
I have a 2001 G16 yamaha gas golf cart that developed a rattling noise at full acceleration1 I.am thinking maybe clutch because when you let off accelerator it quits ! How do I tell if it is?

Welcome to the forum.

Check the driven clutch for wear/wobble. The 16's are known for driven clutch noise/trouble.
