G16 Info needed?

Does anyone have the ft/lbs or in/bs for the head and valve bolts? I am getting ready to put my engine back together this week and would like to know the limits.

Also the cam lobe is out about .001", what is the tolerance for this?

I'm sure I will have a few more questions so if anyone would have the repair manual online or could email it that would be great.

While looking on the site I've already thought of something else to ask. What is the adjustment for the valves? I thought somewhere on here I read .006"
