Hi again, another one of those electrical mind boggling. This cart just stopped running, has anyone experience intermittent performance with wire harness at the controller. I've been chasing this issue for couple weeks,

Usually when a electric cart stops running suddenly, its a cable connection. Start with checking all the cable connections and go from there.
 
Cables checked, all good condition. Had a bad solenoid, changed it. Basically I played with the wire harness at the controller and sometimes relay click and if I start to like pull on it like outward it clicks and runs, then don't run. I've tested connections, swapped controller and same thing. Do you think throttle position sensor would cause these malfunction? I had bypass kill switch, ground and main switch.
 
I had the wire harness replaced and responded the same as original harness. It seems kinda weird being I had bypass kill switch, main switch and run a direct ground and I still have to play with the wire harness at the controller. First time I've ever encounter this complicated issue.
