Front suspension diagram

Hi folks...
When I crank the steering over tight I get a click in the front suspension. 97 club
Drivers side to be exact.
I have a rub mark on the inside of the front rim there as well.
Is there a diagram of the front suspension I can look at before I start taking it apart looking for worn parts ?

The first thing I'd check would be the wheel bearings. Here's a diagram. Let us know if you need anything else.
