Front of cart bounces

I put a lift kit and some 22 inch tires, The tires dont run true and bounces a bit.Should I get them balanced ? You can see them wobble while looking at the side of the cart while riding. Or maybe the center cap is not allowing it to be tighten enough. What yall think ?

not sure if you can balance them.... i would rotate the tires and see if it changes... are these new or used tires and rims?????

They are some Rhox Mojave 2, Brand new 22/11/10... Can"t find he cord for the camera ,will post pics later... Thanks

Check the tire bead to see if it's seated correctly on the rim. It's pretty common to get out of round tires. If the bead is good, then get with the seller.
