just installed new hd fnr switch on my 92 ezgo, the switch is really tight and hard to move. how do you loosen it or can you?

It should be hard to move but if you feel the need to loosen it up a little you can loosen the locknut on the end if the shaft. Don't loosen it to much or you'll burn up the switch. After using the cart a few times you can try tightening the nut as the switch wares in....

I may just leave it as is for a while and see if it loosens on its own, but my kids are having trouble moving it(12 and 9 years old)
