Fiveflat's Custom Cushman Commander

I bought it as a wreck two weeks ago. Over the last two weeks, I've yanked everything, installed the Honda V-twin (wish it was a Briggs), and got the body painted. Strech Plastics long travel should arrive today on my porch. Stay tuned for the "after" pictures...

fixing up a wreck that someone else couldn't complete I have a little progress... Just waiting on my long travel before I install the hood.

A bit more progress.
My supplier for the Strech hasn't made me too happy so I ended up finding a newer local guy that can get me stuff pretty quickly. While I was waiting for my new Strech to come, I got my cage done...

I've been short shipped over $20 in Grade 8 bolts that are needed. Some of the powder coating is chipped (and it wasn't the fault of UPS because it's chipped on inside corners where it's foam packed), and the instruction manual tells you to use bolts that aren't even in the inventory list of items that (should have) come with it...

So far I'm not impressed.

I'm not going to show you all my header pipe because I built it and I'm not happy with it at all right now. I have to build a new header for this muff, but Here it is anyway:
