Finished Installing a Lift Kit on My Yamaha Golf Cart

My hands are still dirty!

I finished installing a 7" double A arm lift kit tonight on my Yamaha G9 golf cart. It took me about 4.5 hours with painting, cleaning, clean up tools and test run.. so I guess it really wasn't all that bad. I was told it should take about 3hrs.

The lift kit was pretty simple to install. Everything fit well except for one arm. The bushing wasn't pressed fully. So, pressed it in and was all set.

I am very happy with it. I will post more once I run it hard tomorrow!

I figured I must have been just tired last night but I still can't figure out how to get pictures on. Any help would be great. I have step by step photos of the install. Also took some pictures today.

I purchased from Everything Carts but on Ebay since it was less on shipping.

Start with this Height!

Take all old Suspension off:

Install NEW Double A Arm
