Fairplay Question

I have a fairplay cart that runs great, but non of the electronics work, Headlights, tail lights, turn signals, just the LED state of charge.

Any suggestions?

What year is the Fairplay? When you turn the key all the way to the right does a solenoid under seat on drivers side Click?
