EZGO WORKHorse Wont get up

Her we Go, I have A 1995 EZ Go workhorse that wont wake up,
What its doing:
1. Pushing fuel out front of carbinstead of taking it in, I can pull one wir off and it seam to want to crank but doe'nt,

WHAT Been Done
1.The fuel systym has been dumped and cleaned , no trash in carb.
2. New fule pump, plugs, fuel filter, fuel
3 Battery fully charged
History
Its showed problem inthe past when its cold or if Iwash it or it rains

i would start with checking and adjusting the valves, very common problem on those engines

Where can I get specs on valve adjustment

Could it be the ignighter seeing as it is afected more by weather especialy when i wash it and is ther a way to test it

maybe, but bad igniter won't cause it to blow fuel out the carb and a non sealing intake valve will.
it could be alot of different things but i'd start with the common and cheap stuff first, there is no way to test the igniter.
