ezgo workhorse doesn't move.

I have what appears to be a 2000 workhorse that will not move. I have tested what I think is everything. replaced the controller (I as told that was the problem) all batteries check perfect, forward/reverse has been disassembled and looks great, jumpered the motor to 12, 24, &36 volts and it runs, solenoid clicks and has voltage through it. I am Stuck! Any help at all will be great.

Have you checked the reed switch in the charger receptacle?

Yes, It had already been jumped. I just found the problem. Reading here I found several that had jumped the solenoid, I had already checked it more than once, I decided to jump it and poof the wheels turn. I had to have checked that thing 10 times and always had voltage. Isn't the first time I have missed the easy thing. Thanks, I will be back on here more I am sure.
