look under the seat on the top of the bar behind the batteries, should be a tag there with numbersIt is electric, EZGO TXT, 36v converted to 3 12v deep cell batteries and separate 12v bat for lights and accessories, I'm not positive of the year, plate is gone. Approx 2000 - 2010. It has manual f/r lever. The new panel I bought has the electric f/r toggle switch but not using that right now.
I bought a new LoL10 f/r controller with the intent on converting to the electric switch. But I learned that to do that would require a switch relay and a new motor, so that's not in the budget now.
yes a f r contactor set with a dash rocker switch is a direct replacement for any lever shifter in any cartThe deep cycle bats seem to be doing really well so far, more power than with the original 6v bank. Plus 4 nearly new batteries for $200, I'm not complaining.
Will the f r contactor set work with the original controller and motor?
"Off" is the LH positionMy issue now is getting the battery meter and usb ports to work through the 4 pin key switch so they turn off with the key.
correction"Off" is the LH position
"On" or run or middle position: should always run the cart only
"Accessory or RH position: should run the cart and the accessories
this way, you can choose not to have radio etc. while you drive , or choose to have it and still drive
use an ohmeter to check this and be certain
the key should connect the tabs for one set in run
then connect the tabs for both sets in accessory
but the run tabs will not be connected to the accessory tabs ever
you will need 2 extra wires .. a separate 12+ to the key and back to the 12- side of the battery for the accessory tabs on the key
you will have to determine this with an ohmeterSo the B1 and L tabs are separate 12v tabs ? So I run wire from the 12v bat + to B1 and 12v - to L then those are the + and - to accessories?
