EZGO to X-34 Landspeeder

Hello, everyone!

I got my first cart at the beginning of the month. It's an 81 (if I'm reading the serial number 81G6 233750 correctly) E-Z-GO Textron cart. I've replaced the tires, put some distilled water in the batteries, and went for my first test drive this weekend.

My end goal is to turn it into a Landspeeder from Star Wars (something like this.
I've been reading this forum for a few days trying to work through any problems I come across.

Look forward to learning more about this thing and getting it to be the best I can.

Thanks. I don't want to spam the group but i'm working on the body at the moment. I recycled my batteries because they were starting to bulge and I didn't want to burn my house down. I figure I can push the thing if I have to as long as it looks the part. I'll get new batteries and what-not later on.
