EZGO Speed Control Problem

No I haven't. Done the troubleshooting & it's all pointing to the controller which I just replaced about 8 months or so ago. Wanted to check it one more time before buying something else that didn't fix it or maybe take it to the shopn just haven't had the time, busy at work & with everything else.

No problem, if I do get it figured out I'll definitely post it. Does yours do the same thing? Goe slow until you lift off the throttle turn the key off/on real quick or the F/R switch to neutral then back to forward & it'll go fast until you stop then it's back to slow. Every time we take off we have to flip a switch lol

If it has a TPS sensor under the floor for the accelerator, check to see that is has not broken loose and is hanging up.

Went up last weekend, the golf cart was running in low speed only. Tried turning off the key while running. It would click and try to go faster, then back to low speed only.

GOOD NEWS I got my golf cart running at high speed .I was checking the Run-Tow switch.The red wire was not making contact in the connector,where it plugs in the Speed Controller. Fixed that and runs perfect.

I finally figured out what it was. My cart stopped working completely & the battery level light started blinking. I lifted the seat & on one of the batteries the plastic all around one terminal was melting. Replaced that one battery & my cart runs faster than ever & like it supposed to.
