EZGO Predator Engine Upgrade Throttle Cable Issue

Completing a Predator 670 engine upgrade for a 2001 EZGO with Vegas Carts kit but stock throttle cable will not make full travel for the Predator throttle. I've not run it yet, but at no throttle (foot OFF the gas pedal) cannot adjust throttle to go to full cutoff on the throttle linkage of the Predator unless I adjust to get less than full throttle when pushing the pedal to the floor. Any insight on this?

There's a couple posts in this section of the forum from members who had the same throttle issue with the Predator from Vegas Carts. If I'm not mistaken they had to modify the throttle cable bracket. I'd search for the posts for you but I'm on my phone right now.

Drilled a hole on the throttle linkage arm closer to the shaft the arm is mounted. This allowed me to move the cable link closer to the pivot point and increase the throw of the cable. Full travel now.
