I’ve searched with no luck. I’ve got a 2000 TXT with the Robins 295 the thing runs great in neutral but put it in gear and rpm’s won’t come up. I cleaned all grounds checked all connections. Valves are good and compression was 165 on both cylinders. The belt is going right to the top of the primary clutch and the bottom of the secondary while in neutral but in gear it’s not making it to the top and I think that’s because the rpm’s aren’t building enough. Please help!

If its still governed for golf course it will be limited. Also the rollers in the clutch may have flat spots and act up under load. I would cover all bases: valve gap, clean clutches....
